1. Definitions 

1.1 "Customer": Any individual or entity that uses the app provided by the Developer. 

1.2 "Developer": Skribble Lab Sdn Bhd

1.3 "App": The software application developed and provided by the Developer for use. 

1.4 "Agreement": This Terms and Conditions document governing the use of the app.

2. Acceptance of Terms 

2.1 By downloading, installing, or using the app, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of Services 

3.1 The Developer provides the app "as-is" for use by the Customer. Any additional services or features may be subject to separate terms. 

3.2 The app is provided free of charge for non-commercial, educational purposes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property Rights 

4.1 The Developer retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the app. 

4.2 The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. 

4.3 Customers may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without prior written consent from the Developer.

5. Privacy and Data Protection 

5.1 The Developer may collect and use data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 

5.2 The Customer agrees to the processing of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Warranties and Liability 

6.1 The app is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 

6.2 The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the app.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of the Customer’s data.

• Third-party services or content accessed via the app.

  
  

7. Termination of Use 

7.1 The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for any Customer who breaches these Terms and Conditions. 

7.2 The Customer may stop using the app at any time.

8. Updates and Modifications 

8.1 The Developer may update or modify the app and these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. 

8.2 Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Dispute Resolution 

9.1 Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Malaysia.

10. Governing Law 

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia Law.

By using the app, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
